Apple Cranberry Cobbler – Dessert at St. Francis Inn

Apple Cranberry Cobbler

4 cups chopped apples
1 cup fresh cranberries
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp orange juice
1/4 cup oats

1 stick of butter
1 cup flour
1 cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk

1 – Melt butter in a 13×9 pan at 350 degrees in the oven.

2 – Mix flour, white sugar, vanilla, baking powder and milk until blended.

3 – Combine apples, cranberries, brown sugar, orange juice, cinnamon and oats.

4 – Drizzle flour mix over melted butter in pan, top with fruit mixture.

5 – Bake for 30-45 minutes – until golden brown and bubbly.
