On the 6th Day of Christmas Desserts…

The St. Francis Inn chefs came up with:  Goose Mousse Nest Cups!


Start with premade chocolate cups.  Fill with chocolate mousse.

For the nest use a recipe similar to Rice Krispie Treats – some butter melted with peppermint marshmallow, then tossed with Chinese Noodles.  Form the sticky mixture into nests on top of the mousse.

For the eggs – Yogurt-Covered Raisins.

Chill.  Swig Champagne.  Worry about tomorrow’s Seven Swans a-Swimming.  :o)
