40th Annual National Beach Paddle Tennis Championship
Watch or compete during this exciting championship. On Friday, the Mixed Doubles Tournament takes place at Treaty Park on Wildwood Drive off S.R. 207. On Saturday and Sunday, play continues at the Park and begins on the Beach and at Ron Parker Park. The tournament concludes with the Finals for all Divisions on the Beach. There will also be a Kids Tournament and Paddle Tennis Clinics conducted during the course of the weekend. Paddle clinics, the kid’s tournaments and spectator admission are free. Memorial Day Weekend Sailing Aboard the Freedom
Freedom, St. Augustine’s beautiful schooner, will be sailing daily throughout the Memorial Day Weekend. Trips depart daily from the City Marina at 12:15 p.m. for a two-hour sail and at 6:15 p.m. for a sunset sail. Plus, two additional excursions on Sunday – 2:45 p.m. two-hour sail ($35 for adults; $25 for kids ages 2-12. drinks included) and 8:45 p.m. 75-minute Twilight sail ($35 per person, drinks included).
