Cinco de Mayo – St Francis Inn-style!

In what is fast becoming a tradition we will again celebrate Cinco de Mayo here at the St. Francis Inn with a special Mexican-style breakfast and social hour!

For breakfast that morning we will be serving a Build-Your-Own Breakfast Burrito along with Mexican Roasted Potatoes.  This was very popular last year!

For social we will serve a Fun Fiesta Layered Dip and fresh vegetables with a Mexi-Ranch Dip…topped off with Margaritas, of course!

Janice is still working on dessert, but it will match the theme.

And just for fun here’s an old (2010) picture of the staff celebrating Cinco de Mayo when Joe & Margaret were out of town on that special day!
