Chefs on Florida’s Historic Coast are once again making history with signature dishes featuring local favorites and heritage-inspired flavors. From the elegant resorts of Ponte Vedra Beach to the Old World bistros in St. Augustine, in October 2012, dozens of participating restaurants will be presenting prix fixe (fixed price) three-course menus representative of their best culinary skills.
