Guests of the St. Francis Inn this weekend will enjoy some special treats: Homemade Orange Sugar, Homemade Lime Salt (for our Frozen Daiquiris and Margaritas), and a special Homemade Tomato Salt for our weekend morning Bloody Marys. Joe and Margaret’s son Patrick – a recent graduate of the renowned Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island – decided to brush off his culinary skills and make something fun and unique for this weekend.
