The St. Francis Inn received the Donal A. Dermody White Glove Award in recognition of its outstanding performance in housekeeping. The award was presented as a result of an annual quality-assurance audit performed by The Property Review Program – an independent on-site inspection service serving the hotel and cruise industries. The St. Francis Inn is a member of the prestigious Superior Small Lodgings Program.
“One of the great things about these awards is that they are not given to simply recognize conformance to quality requirements. They reflect conformance to guest expectations,” said Ben Hirschenfang, quality assurance auditor and chief information officer for The Property Review Program. “Innkeepers are challenged to meet the expectations of their guests and these awards confirm that’s exactly what they have done.”
