The 4th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade steps off at 10 a.m. from Francis Field, and follows along the bayfront to the Bridge of Lions, takes a right down Cathedral Place, and returns to its origin via Cordova Street. Floats, high-stepping marching bands, bag pipe groups, drummers, horse drawn carriages and military units are part of the event. Pirates, Star Wars Storm Troopers (in kilts) and more surprises also will be on view. This event is free with viewing along the sidewalks of the parade route.  Guests of the St. Francis Inn will only have to walk a couple blocks to the plaza to watch this annual event!
