“Middle Passage” Commemoration – This special presentation from noon to 1:30 p.m. on the north lawn of the Castillo de San Marcos is part of a nationwide initiative to “remember the Africans who were brought to these shores by ships in bondage…more importantly…to commemorate those who did not survive this arduous trip we call the Middle Passage”.
